Our 8-string Deluxe Scheitholt incorporates a more traditional and slightly larger rectangular body and an intricate wooden "lace" sound hole rosette. It is crafted of a walnut body and fir top. Four strings run over the full fretboard, with the other 4 as free standing drones. This instrument is tuned with zither pins and comes with a tuning wrench.
